**Software Development Manager**

Are you an experienced and dynamic Dev Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in one of Africa’s largest Dev Houses? We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 4 years of managerial experience or 6 years as a lead developer, who is fluent in Afrikaans, to join our team.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and mentoring a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development life cycle.
- Leading by example, remaining hands-on with coding, and actively participating in the development of complex fintech solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success and on-time delivery.
- Utilising your expertise in our required tech stack, including C#,.NET Core 7, Python, and SQL, to drive innovative and efficient development processes.
- Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, progress, and challenges.
- Maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager or 6 years as a lead developer in a similar technical environment.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in our tech stack, including **C#,.NET Core 7, Python, and SQL.**:

- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of developers.
- A passion for coding and a desire to remain hands-on with development while leading a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, extroverted personality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
