**Role Description**

This is a contract, on-site role for an E-Learning Consultant. The E-Learning Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing instructional design, learning management, digital learning, and e-learning development strategies. The consultant will provide consulting services to clients on e-learning solutions to improve employee engagement and develop learning and development programs. This is a 6 month project at **R478,00 per hour.** All interested applicants **must be available immediately** and **have a clear criminal record**.

**Qualifications**
- Instructional Design, Learning Management, Digital Learning, and E-Learning Development skills
- Excellent consulting and client-facing skills
- Experience in developing e-learning solutions that meet client needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and develop creative e-learning solutions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, producing high-quality work with mínimal supervision
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- Experience working with learning management platforms like Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard

**Salary**: Up to R478.00 per hour
