New Business Administrator

The New Business Administrator will be assigned to the marketing department and will tender to all administrative tasks in the department to ensure that the team successfully grows the organisation. The duties of the New Business Administrator as reflected is not limited to only these duties and from time-to-time other tasks will be required to be fulfilled.
1. Assist with new business and marketing of company services.
2. Receive request for quotations and tenders from managers as required.
3. Compile quotations/tenders documents and send draft to Managing Director for approval or amendments.
4. Ensure quotation or tender is handed to client as soon as completed and approved.
5. Tasked with annual increase calculations and negotiations on contracts with our client.
6. Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
7. Monthly ordering of consumables for contracts incl. of invoicing.
8. Do follow ups on delivered quotations and tenders.
9. Record all relevant information on Quotation and Tender Register.
10. Receive and file all relevant reports weekly (Quality Control Reports, etc.)
11. General office work as requested by management team (Typing, filing, etc)
12. Complete tasks or requests as instructed by management during meetings or information sessions.
