Systems Analyst

**Required Qualification and Experience**:

- Degree or National Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science, or any other relevant qualification from a recognised institution.
- Must have 3 years relevant experience in the development, integration, and support of information systems in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Must be able to demonstrate successfully completed, value adding software development projects.
- Skilled and experienced in some of the following software environments:

- Web development (API, Web Forms, Blazor, Bootstrap)
- Relevant experience in developing in Visual Studio (C#, VB, ASP)
- Development and design within a Microsoft SQL database environment (T/SQL)
- Git repository management
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
- LIMS
- Understands the essentials of system integration and inter-system communication (API, Middleware, OPC, etc.)
- GIT Repository management
- Skilled and experienced in the following processes:

- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Good understanding of System Development Life Cycle and solution analysis.
- Knowledge of and/or experienced in:

- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) related to systems and processes
- Exposure to Agile System Development and Project Management processes
- Working knowledge of MS Office range of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
