**Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to**:

- Implement a solid production planning process and strategy
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
- Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
- Accurate production planning on a daily basis in conjunction with HQ
- Set manufacturing KPI’s in line with company objectives
- Sales and operational planning meetings to ensure company objectives are achieved
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business trips
- Keeping track with the trends affecting business both locally and internationally
- Handle Supply Chain Management, monitor the process between production and sales subsidiaries and know how supply plans are established
- Ability to plan based on analysis of sales and inventory status to maintain optimum inventory
- Prepares production reports
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventor

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Translation of all MFG Communication into English.
- Translate all documents and liaising with relevant partners to discuss any unclear points
- Ensure that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible.
- Act as an intermediate for local staff to HQ members
- Report to HQ on company status on Weekly / Monthly / Daily basis
- Facilitate the communication channel and reduce all potential issues.
- Compile all HQ required reports from staff Members.
- Operational requirements are managed efficiently
- Familiarize with all department roles and requirements
- Set up detailed contact list with HQ members/departments.
- Simplify the reporting process
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments and management
- Ensure accurate reporting as incorrect reporting could have a financial impact to the company**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification advantageous
- Production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Budgeting and cost control experience
- Posses’ knowledge in GERP and GSCP systems
- Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Working experience in various cultures is strongly preferred
