**Responsibilities**:
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the retail industry
Support sales representatives in managing and nurturing client relationships
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Experience of sales and marketing is a plus
