Objectives of the role:
We are looking for an organized and highly motivated individual to fill a post for dialler support. Dialler Support will assist the dialler manager and Synergy campaigns ensuring that they have the required support to be able to make and receive calls to our client’s satisfaction meeting the required SLA’s as set out by our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
**Real time monitoring of the campaigns**:
**Assisting with Data loads**

Ensuring that outbound campaigns have enough data supply and that the team can continue operations.

**Assisting IT in resolving connectivity issues to our dialler platforms.**

**Logging of tickets to our dialler partners**

**User administration on our dialler platforms**

Job Requirements:
Minimal of 1 year experience with Diallers and Telephony

SQL knowledge preferable

Expert level Excel skills preferable

Expert level PowerPoint skills preferable for

Matric Essential

Knowledge of MS Office

Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
