- Lead and direct the Learning and Development (L&D), Talent Management and Culture strategic plans and effectively facilitate the delivery of these plans to promote a healthy and strong culture that enables business growth.
- Provide specialist expertise to the Chief People Officer and Senior Management Team in the development of efficient organisational processes and design, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Communications frameworks, Employer Engagement initiatives and Organisational Change management.
- Lead and inspire a specialist team of OD and L&D practitioners in the development and delivery of the overall People Support strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years Specialist Organisational Development experience, together with strong L&D working knowledge
- Strong experience in learning, learning technology and managing strategic learning teams
- Extensive senior management experience in a complex delivery environment demonstrating delivery of change and operational planning
- Considerable experience in the design and delivery of organisation wide change management programmes
- Significant Leadership and management experience working with executive and senior management teams in complex environments
- Minimum Honors Degree in Social Sciences/ Human Resource Management/ Organisational Behaviour and Development/Industrial Psychology.
- Software: MS Word, MS Excel, Ms Outlook, MS PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Labour Legislation, specifically Skills Development and Employment Equity;
- Team management
