**Job Description: DTP Operator**

The DTP Operator is responsible for translating a brief to art files ready for print or to be placed online. They must be able to create and produce high-quality communication materials that incorporate text and graphic images for our Retail Client within the required timeframe.

**Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing retail catalogues that incorporates text and graphic images that meets the client's specifications
- Edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
- Import text and graphics into publishing software
- Integrate images and text to create cohesive pages
- Translate a brief to art files ready to go to print or be placed online
- Revise layouts and make corrections as required
- Submit or upload final files for printing or online publishing
- Work closely with team

**Qualification and Experience**
- 5 plus years’ work experience at the printing/publishing house or other advertising
- agencies
- Demonstrates an understanding of the client’s business and brands
- Knowledge of printing techniques and the preparation process for printing
- Fluentness in using Adobe In-design, Illustrator, Photoshop,
- Strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
