From initial inquiries to post-event celebrations, you’ll ensure every thrill-seeking-customer’s experience is seamless and unforgettable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Growth**: Convert inquiries into bookings, driving participation and excitement.
- ** Financial Coordination**: Handle payments, refunds, and related queries with precision.
- ** Storytelling**: Write content and share adventure stories across social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- ** Logistics Management**: Oversee travel, event swag, and coordinate with freelancers and volunteers.
- ** System Optimization**: Continuously improve processes and contribute to innovative solutions.

**About You**:

- A strong passion, heart and soul, for outdoor living / adventure / extreme thrill / wild life / green living / equestrianism.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced, adventurous environments.
