Sales Rep, Mthatha

**Eastern Cape**, Umtata**

**R15 000.00 - R17 000.00 Monthly (+ Commission)**

**We are seeking a Sales Representative for a permanent role based in Mthatha, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- Grade 12 with sales / customer service qualification
- 3+ years relevant sales rep experience, construction industry / site experience preferred
- Valid drivers and willing to travel
- Fluency in English and Xhosa and must be resident in the Mthatha area
- Computer literacy - MS Office and Pastel / similar package experience
- Must be willing to get hands dirty on site if needed and have a good building product knowledge

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Customer growth - expand area, market segment reach, goods supplied
- Calling on municipalities and developers; secure new customers and identify opportunities
- Visit customers and building sites and establish needed materials
- Build strong relations and assist with product training
- Communicate delivery to customers and assess product claims
- Admin - attend load meetings, follow up on deliveries, ensure systems are adhered to
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Meeting of set targets - turnover & GP

**Salary: R15 000.00 - R17 000.00 per month + Commission**
