**Education**:

- Grade 12
- A+ and/or N+

**Client requirement**:

- Always provide efficient and effective support to clients and staff.
- Proactively monitor and report on network and system outages.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve support queries as well as other third-party faults.
- Ensure that faults are resolved promptly.
- Network and Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Computer literacy

**3 years + knowledge on**:

- Veeam
- VMware
- Lenovo, Dell
- Sophos - or some firewall software
- Office 365
- LAN /WAN
- Switches and Routers
- Managing servers remotely using a remote desktop connection.
- Monitoring Sophos VPN’s and client WAN links.
- Installation of computers and repairs.
- VMware client management and Veeam backup and replication management for client backups.
- Cell Phone data usage monitoring and recharging for client bandwidth.
- Invoices quotes and purchase capturing on zero accounting for internal and client invoices.
- Testing printers and other peripherals.
- Remote and helpdesk support for client-related queries.
- ESXI Bare Metal Hypervisor Management
- VMWARE Sphere Client.
- Windows Server Backup.
- Mimecast Administration for client accounts.
- Webroot / Antivirus installation and monitoring
- Desktop and Laptops.
- Printer Setup.
- Managing servers at own private datacentre
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Must have excellent skills in written and spoken English and Afrikaans.
- Patient, independent, self-motivated.
- Must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
