Maintenance Storeman

**Job Purpose**

To maintain sufficient maintenance stocks in accordance with maintenance department requirements and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- All materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
- Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
- Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
- Redundant stock prevented.
- Receiving and issuing of spares.
- Issuing out of tools and equipment.
- Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
- Monthly stocktake of spares.
- Housekeeping of the Store.
- Ensure the site Bakkie is maintained in good order.
- Driving to Suppliers for collection of spares.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12

**Experience Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Workshop/ Engineering environment.
- Driving licence Code B - minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Computer literacy.
