With a passion for excellence and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of technology, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Campaign & Social Media Manager to join our team and spearhead our social media and PPC campaigns for a key account.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, implementation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective campaign assets, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.
- Manage and monitor campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and PPC channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure KPIs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, social media, and PPC advertising.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare daily/realtime performance reports and presentations, showcasing campaign results, trends, and actionable recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Extended experience/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Web Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing successful social media and PPC campaigns, preferably in a web development or technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in publishing/content integration within Wordpress.
- A solid understanding of SEO and the integration of an SEO content strategy.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and PPC management platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. A large benefit will be the ability to write SEO focused copy.
