Junior Bookkeeper

Job description

**Requirements**:

- Data capture on MS Excel and SAGE ONE
- Reconcile suppliers / customers’ accounts
- Follow up on customer collections
- Process journals and provisions
- Filling of all documentations & scanning’s
- BEE administration
- Payroll functions, I.E time sheets etc.
- Submissions of annual CIPRO returns
- Process customer invoices & delivery notes daily on pastel
- Process supplier purchase orders and invoices

**Experience required**:

- **Sage ONE**:

- Microsoft Excel, Word and outlook

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Milnerton, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
