A very busy and well-established automotive dealership in
**Hatfield (Pretoria)**, is looking for a
**Vehicle Bookings Clerk**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, greeting and assisting customers
- Loading workshop hours
- Making and receiving of service reception phone calls
- Booking in customers vehicles for services & repairs
- Giving clients the appointment dates
- Opening and creating the job cards
- Writing all the services/repairs requirements on job cards as per client's requirements
- Printing out service history, service check list, vehicle status report, quality check list for the client's vehicle and attaching them to the job cards
- Updating the customers details where necessary
- Send out smses to clients a day before to remind them for their appointments
- Giving feedback to customers regarding delays in vehicle repairs etc.
- Assist with customer queries

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Working experience as a Bookings Clerk in the Automotive Industry is preferred
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- _ Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced working environment is essential_
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
