**Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers with a great attitude
- Operating cash registers quickly and accurately
- Answering customer questions
- Balancing cash register
- Handling returns, exchanges and complaints
- Answering phones as needed
- Help with stock take as and when required
- Manage transactions with customers using cash or card
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue invoices and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Be computer literate
- Be well versed in MS Office and Outlook (word/excel)
- Familiarity with electronic equipment - POS and card machine
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer orientated
- Be able to multitask
- Attentive to detail
- Accurate
