**Job Description**:
Associate role is to retain current customers and get new customers interested in our vehicles: - Calling current/new customers that have shown interest in any of our new/current models and qualifying them as potential buyers
- Calling Retailers to confirm that they have contacted all leads sent to them
- Verify and update customers details - Escalate any after sales issues to the CRC department - POC in my absence by assisting the team and reporting on performance

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- Min 2 years call center experiencePreferred
- Call center experience in the automotive industry - Knowledge or understanding of contact center technology and methodologies
- Effective customer relationship and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
