General Restaurant Manager required for an upmarket Café situated in Brooklyn (Pretoria).

Minimum Requirements:

- Matriculation
- 4+ years hospitality / restaurant management experience
- PILOT Software experience
- FOH & Kitchen management experience essential
- Clear Criminal Record

Remuneration: R30 000 CTC

Responsibilities will include:

- Opening and closing of business
- Cashup management
- Staff management
- General operational duties
- FOH duties
- Daily Kitchen prep
- Stock take, receiving of stock, placing orders
