- Knowledge of online booking platforms
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail

- Be able to upsell services offered
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Professional and Patient

Description
- Input reservations into the Reservations System
- Provide customer with Invoices and Confirmation terms
- Follow up on new enquiries/quotes
- Follow up on Provisional bookings
- Convert leads to bookings
- Follow up on payments
- Keep record of invoices for accounts
- Capture EFT payments as well as process card payments
- Capture all relevant booking information in the system
- Reconciliation of OTA monthly invoices
- Liaising with management with regards to guest requests or complaints
