We are currenrly recruiting Roads Foreman that are skilled with rehabilitation of roads that include layerworks.
The ideal Applicant will understand the different laboratory testing work on density, soils, concrete, emulsions and bitumen although the primary task will be to manage Layerworks and Earthworks on a road construction project
You will be required to handle time keeping for the workers and processes reporting, supervising and assist in excavation, grading and drainage, plan and direct the cleaning maintenance of road, record keeping, conduct well measurement and side, communicate planned works to team, problem solving, to avoid reworks which cause delays and to monitor productivity by doing daily costing.
