**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Daily management of the crew roster, including**

**the operations management system and any re organizing require because of a change in the**

**schedule, inclusive of training duties.**
- **Make changes to accommodation and crew**

**positioning as well as car hire and hotel**

**bookings as required.**
- **Support OCC in the event of irregular**

**operations, in accordance with the internal**

**work instruction, CATS, CARS and Operational**

**Manual.**
- **Submit daily reporting to the Supervisor**

**Operations Support.**
- **Ensure all daily checks has been completed.**:

- **Working shifts and is responsible to ensure that**

**all duties for the crew are covered before**

**departing from work at night.**
- **Must be willing to work overtime when**

**required to do so.**
- **After hours and weekend contactable duty.**:

- **Ad hoc duties that may be required by the**

**company from time to time.**

**REQUIREMENTS**

- **Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;**
***:

- **Previous rostering or training planning experience;**
***:

- **Must have a minimum of 5 years’ aviation experience;**
***:

- **Must be available to work shifts;**
***:

- **Knowledge of CATS/CARS, SACAA Regulations;**
***:

- **Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).**
***:

- **After Hours and weekend contactable duty.**
***
