IT Account Manager job vacancy in Johannesburg.
A leading IT solutions and service provider in the IT sector is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join their team in Johannesburg.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their business objectives and ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric certificate
- At least 7 years’ experience as an Account Manager in the IT sector
- Strong understanding of IT products and services and IT audits
- Own reliable vehicle with valid drivers’ license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Goal-orientated with a focus on customer satisfaction
