**Core Description**:
Analyse Support and Maintenance contract requirements from Business, compile requirements into draft budget, ensure the initiation of payment processes for various Support and Maintenance contracts and services, and manage accounts/ invoices received from Local and international telecommunication suppliers. Responsible to maintain financial controls and to report billing and payment results to ensure the integrity of transactions generated by services (Support & Maintenance, Time & Material). Report and manage the internal Network Operations Support and Maintenance budget.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3-year Degree/ Diploma (at least NQF level 6)

**Experience**:
3 years relevant experience

**Special Requirements**:
Strong financial background.

Detailed knowledge of SAP financial modules.

Valid driver's license.

Limited travel requirements, if any.

Flexible and overtime hours especially around month and financial year-end.

Willing to provide support to team.

Ability to work under pressure.

Accountable for ensuring confidentiality in terms of highly confidential information.
