**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and document end-to-end solutions that encompass software architecture, system integrations, and data flow.
- Serve as a liaison between the business side and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and propose improvements or updates to enhance performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring alignment with best practices and coding standards.
- Utilize your knowledge of Java and other relevant technologies to contribute to the development process when necessary.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeframe.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our technical capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Solid understanding of software development, with proficiency in Java and related technologies.
- Previous experience in project management, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of financial technology and money transfer solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The position is based in **office in Hermanus**.

**Salary offered CTC**: Depending on experience,** R20 000-R50 000 negotiable**
