- **Matric**:

- **Culinary qualification**:

- 4+ years' experience managing a small team
- Menu development
- Menu costing
- HACCP and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to train junior staff
- Stock control
- Reliable transport
- SA ID holder
- **Criminal clear record**:

- **Must be fully vaccinated**

**Salary**: R13,000.00 per month
