The e-Learning Administrator plays a critical part in the drive and implementation of the digital journey of the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric and/or NQF Level 4 relevant Qualification
- NQF Level 4 or higher - Relevant Administration Qualification
- A+ and N+ Certifications or relevant Information Technology Qualification

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or instructional design, or a related field in training development (advantageous)
- Design of learning material (Minimum NQF L5) (advantageous)
- Interactive Digital Media Development (advantageous)
- Training Needs Analysis (Minimum NQF L5) (advantageous)
- UI and UX Design is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Fundamental Information Technology experience and business exposure
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, with specific responsibilities for learning and development administration. (advantageous)

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Moodle 3.4 or higher to produce and host digital training. (advantageous)
- 1-2 years of financial industry experience. (advantageous)
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience using Articulate 360 or newer e-learning software (advantageous)
- Proficiency and competency in Microsoft office suite
- Project Management (advantageous)
- UI/UX design experience (advantageous)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Advance communication and presentation skills.
- Certificate/Diploma Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
- Certificate/Diploma ODEDTP will be advantageous.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
- Good quality and attendance track record.
- Problem Solving Skills.
