**Key Responsibilities -**
- Partner/collaborate to lead the business unit or function under their responsibility.
- Collaborate as a member of the Business HR Team including (if applicable) Business HR leader, and Business HR Associate(s), Workforce Planning and Analytics and People Relations.
- Advise and coach Business Leaders on interpretation of HR policies, consulting with CoHREs as needed.
- HR Partnership: Collaborate with Business Leaders on key business decisions through anticipation and understanding of: Issues and trends and Future labor, organization and business needs.
- Partner with the CoHREs & CBS to advise on the design and execution of HR programs to ensure relevance to current and future business needs.
- Talent Management: Co-own all talent management programs together with business leaders.
- Support leadership development by working together with Business Leaders to identify current and projected leadership and functional capability gaps and to work on solutions that are aligned with HR Strategy and CoHREs.
- Lead, develop and manage Business HR direct reports (as applicable)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

**Required Qualifications -**
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology
- At least 5 years Progressive HR experience

**Preferred Qualifications -**
- Master's Degree Human Resources, MBA
- SAP HR Module
- Manufacturing and/or consumer goods products industry
- Providing HR strategic advice to HR partners and senior business leaders
- Development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Coaching and guiding members of the HR and the business colleagues
