Agriculture Administrator

RCL FOODS is on the looking for a Agriculture Administrtor to join our Chicken division.The role will support the Commercial
- Supply Chains department with gathering, capturing and auditing agricultural information for BIM, HIM and BRIM modules on Mtech. Generating standard reports and assisting in ad-hoc administrative tasks.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Mtech Transactional Capturing**
BIM Module - Brood & Lay Daily gathering and capturing (Mtech) of data from various operations / farms for the following transactions types:
Placements
Field Transactions (inventory & statistical data)
Transfers
Capitalisations
Processing Transactions
Feed Deliveries
Feed Transfers
Order Shipments
- Reconciliation and audit of daily data captured to house charts per farm at the end of each cycle.
- Reconciliation of bird and feed inventory between Mtech and physical inventory sheets on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Investigate variances between Mtech data and house charts and/or physical inventory sheets and correct where applicable.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports to relevant managers using Mtech standard reports and / or the Agric BI Cube.
HIM Module - Hatcheries
- Daily gathering and capturing of data on Mtech for the following transactions typesEgg Disposals
Egg Room Regrades
Egg Room Transfers
Egg Set
Machine Transfers
Chicks Hatched
Chick Placements (Brood & Broilers)
Chick Transfers
Chick Receivings
Residue Breakouts
Order Shipments
- Reconciliation and audit of daily data captured to operational reports / summaries on a daily / weekly basis.
- Reconciliation of egg inventory per product class between Mtech and physical inventory sheets on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
- Investigate variances between Mtech data and operational reports and correct where applicable.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports to relevant managers using Mtech standard reports and / or the Agric BI Cube
**BRIM Module - Broilers**:

- Daily gathering and capturing of data on Mtech for the following transactions types
Field Transactions
Processing Transactions
Condemnations
Feed Deliveries
Feed Transfers
Order Shipments
- Reconciliation and audit of daily data captured to house charts per farm at the end of each cycle.
- Reconciliation of bird and feed inventory between Mtech and physical inventory sheets on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Investigate variances between Mtech data and house charts and/or physical inventory sheets and correct where applicable.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports to relevant managers using Mtech standard reports and/or the Agric BI Cube.

**General Administration**
- File and safeguard records within area of responsibility.
- Compile ad hoc spreadsheets and analysis when required.
- Prepare and distribute general administrative farm related documentation to farms / operations.
- Ensure filing and safeguarding of records within area of responsibility to ensure documents are easy accessible for audit purposes.
- Attend meetings as and when required.
- Assists with administrative tasks as and when required.

**Information and Data management**
? Capture data accurately and timeously on the relevant information system to enable access to reliable data for reporting, trend analysis and decision making.
? Share relevant data with supervisor to enable reliable business decision making

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum Grade 12 with relevant qualification

2-3 years Admin Experience

Farm Operations experience (Advantage)

Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritising, and self-development.
