Manage the SHER department administration and general office duties.
- Scheduling of SHER training and medicals as required.
- Updating and maintaining of national training matrix (Including referring to sites for staff changes)
- Compile and submit safety files when required
- Assist Safety officer in day-to-day implementation of ISO systems.
- Assist with site audits when required
- Raise and track major non-conformances for SHER-related audits.
- Ability to understand and implement legal requirements for Health and Safety
- Safety related communication such a toolbox talks and safety alerts.
- Analyses near miss trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
