- The Early Warning Monitoring Agent is responsible for Client support on company Online and Velocity / Early Warning. This will include communication with the client

**Vehicle and EVR Updates**
- Fleet Movements
- EVR Movements
- Fleet number updates
- Registration updates
- Creating of vehicles when needed
- Vehicle status updates
- Vehicle type updates
- Vehicles settings support

**Event Queries / Updates**
- Updating / Removing Incorrect Behaviours Selected
- Adding Behaviours for company Events received from Call Centre**Inherent Requirements**

**Education & Training**
- Minimum level of education: Grade 12 / N4 (Matric)
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Logistics / Client Support Services environment

**Experience, Skills & Requirements**
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Strong Administrative skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer Care
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
