We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telemarketing Receptionist** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests and grow clientele.

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to use our services.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

**Responsibilities**
- Cold call people using a given data to sell our services

appointments for sales/rental agents in a day.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Explain our services in detail to potential clients.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements and needs
- Persuade potential customers to choose us as the agency, to sell/rent their property.
- Answer questions from customers' regards listed properties
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system and Excel for weekly reporting
- Develop and follow up on business leads.
- Follow up on customer correspondence
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales and rental pitches
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain the level of customer service
- Schedule appointments for sales/rental representatives to meet with owner follow-up until conclusion.
- Follow up on the appointment and make sure the agent honors the appointment.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
- Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
- Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures
- Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
- Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
- assist agents with valuations

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus

**Remuneration**

R4000 Basic plus Commission R600 Per Concluded Rental Lead+ R2500 Concluded Sales Lead (Plus 50%/50% Split Comm On Concluded Rental)

**Salary**: R4 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing and sales: 1 year (preferred)
