Temp Frontliner

**Job Advert Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Frontliner to join our optometry practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a frontliner or customer service role is preferred (experience in the healthcare or optometry field is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools).

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- Assisting with the preparation of patient records for consultations.
- Supporting the optometry team by managing patient flow and ensuring a smooth operation in the practice.
- Helping with the sales and fitting of eyewear, ensuring a personalized experience for each patient.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining patient records, and processing payments.
- Ensuring the practice is clean, organized, and welcoming to patients at all times.
