**Key Responsibilities**: - Assist customers - Merchandising - Payments and purchases on the POS system - Opening new accounts - Maintaining or controlling stock losses - Customer feedback - Building quality relationships with customers - Key control - Receiving vendor stock - Scanning in of stock
**Qualifications and Experience**: Qualification/s: - Learnership certificate in Wholesale & Retail processes (NQF level 2) desirable - New Recruits, Sales Floor & Service Desk certificates Experience / Knowledge: - Full knowledge of MTN - Cross trained with a minimum of 1 years’ experience on the floor and cash desk - Computer literacy, sound admin/credit knowledge
**Competencies**: - Creative eye for merchandise and housekeeping skills - Proactive, accurate and numerate - Attentive to detail and vigilant towards shrinkage - Self-motivated and security conscious - Excellent customer relations and people skills - Excellent communication skills
