A Game Lodge is looking for a Reservationist to be based at their Head office in Bryanston.

Reservation calls and transferring of calls

Conversions of enquiries into sales

Productivity statistics

Making Reservations and Confirmation of reservations

Making sure that the correct Rate code is pulled through when making your reservations

Amendments/Cancellations

Attending weekly reservations meeting

Memo & Follow - ups

Communicating Memo’s and Follows ups with the Properties

Follow up on Tentative on a Daily and weekly basis for 6 months in advance

Look at the Reservations Department Stats and Reports

Making sure Targets are met

Daily tracking of OTA enquiries, statistics and conversions

Noting of payments in ERES

Managing each enquiry from enquiry to departure ensuring all details are captured accurately and quickly

Loading new agents and linking rates to agent profiles
