**Job Description
- You will be responsible for**:

- Effective Personal Assistant / Secretarial duties
- Communications support function
- Administration / meetings support and Minute taking
- Up-to-date filing and effective system of filing that ensure information is accessible in secretary’s absence
- Telephone answering and receptionist responsibilities
- Prepares, creates and distributes function invitation and co-ordinates replies and function activities
- Ensures catering is done to the requirements for meetings, co-functions, seminars, etc.
- Keeps departmental diary up to date and co-ordinate scheduled meetings, presentations, conference/seminars
- Discretion and confidentiality of utmost importance

**This position is at a Band 8 level, reporting into the Manager - Amandelbult Concentrators.**

**Qualifications
- You must have**:

- Grade 12
- PA or Secretarial qualification or equivalent
- Passed Secretarial specific training module for operation of the relevant computer systems and communication systems
- Valid driving license Code 8, preferably with your own vehicle

**Experience, knowledge and skills**
- At least 2 - 5years business experience in an administrative / secretarial environment
- Excellent Communication
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
