Join Uganda & Kenya’s leading restaurant chain, as a Front of House Restaurant Trainer in Nairobi, Kenya. Café Javas is renowned for its exceptional dining experiences and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Restaurant Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our staff delivers top-notch service to our valued guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for front of house staff
- Train new hires on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction
- Conduct ongoing training workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement tailored programs
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front of house operations within a restaurant setting
- Proven track record in training and developing front of house staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant industry standards and trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities

**Salary**:
$2000 - $2500 CTC - Depending on Experience
