Key **Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Procurement Department.
- Assist with purchasing activities, ensuring timely supplier follow-ups.
- Maintain precise records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Approach assigned tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Minimum of 12 months' work experience in a related role (buying/procurement experience not mandatory).
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to adapt to various environments and personalities.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
