**Vacancy: Site Industrial Quality Manager**

**Purpose of the Job**

Leading and managing all activities related to Industrial Quality at the Manufacturing site

**Network & Links**

Manufacturing, EHS, Sourcing, Supply Chain, PME.

**Key responsibilities include the following**:

- Support PME to ensure non-compliance risks analysis using Process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Lead implementation of Quality Control Plans using REX (Return of Experience) of previous project execution & associated relevant IQ staffing.
- Lead control & process digitalization.
- Improve Quality level per main processes
- Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the outgoing product quality.
- Escalate the main defects detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
- Support of manufacturing for quality topics
- Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
- Support manufacturing teams to develop self-inspection.
- Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.
- Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Q-School process & yearly training / qualification plan.
- Manage APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope

**Requirements**:

- B-tech/Degree or ND Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience or Rail experience
- Minimum 5 years Industrial Quality experience
