Bar Packer

Ensure bar packing is done timeously and accurately per client specifications and requests.
- Ensure that all stock received from various stores is checked in and reported to the logistics office.
- Work closely with logistic management to ensure the effective running of the Bar packing department.
- Ensure that management is notified when stock levels are low, and shortages are recorded for future complaints.
- Ensure FIFO is followed and maintained.
- Ensure checking of expiry date from inbound bar carts and on departing flights.
- Conducting daily stock checks in the cages and reporting any shortages to the logistics office.
- To observe all safety rules and procedures.
- To ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in a dangerous state.
- To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followed, and hazards/near misses and accidents are properly reported.
- Ensure adherence to the GLP used to pack flights to bar packing Teams.
- Check all packed flights and hand them over to security for sealing before transferring them to the final holding chiller.
- Any reasonable task that may be required by management.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12
