**Qualifications and Experience**: Relevant tertiary qualification is required. Minimum of 3-5 years of retail merchandise buying experience is essential. Experience working in a Homeware retail environment. Working knowledge of the retail cycle and merchandise buying principles and processes. A working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages is required.
**Competencies**:
Demonstrate proven negotiation and presentation skills

Good commercial awareness

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent eye for product
