We are looking for a Team Manager, leading a team of FICO Consultants and Support Analysts. It is a key leadership role within the Finance Systems Team, and you will play a key role rolling out SAP S/4HANA across our brands, and supporting its usage and future developments

You will ensure users understand and adopt the financial processes and procedures that form our one way of working across Travelopia, and are competent and confident in using the new systems.

You will work closely with the Finance Systems and broader Group Technology teams, as well as external service providers, to ensure that issues and problems are resolved on a timely basis and that business requirements for future financial and reporting enhancements and projects are communicated, and the respective solutions built, tested, and successfully transitioned into productive usage.

This is a hands-on role. You will lead and project manage project work and support tickets.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead and empower a team of SAP specialists, assigning tasks and projects.
- Drive team transformation, proactively identify and address recurring issues.
- Provide technical guidance and Level 2 support (process & configuration) for all aspects of new SAP finance systems, including:

- Global Chart of Accounts, Enterprise Structures
- General Ledger, Banking, A/P, Fixed Assets, Controlling, Project Modules
- Intercompany Processing, Project Settlements
- Financial Control & Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Management Reporting)
- Group Consolidations, Tax & Treasury Requirements
- User Administration (Roles & Catalogues) - S/4 Hana
- Partner with Level 3 support on critical issues
- Collaborate with decision makers on change requests and projects: identify objectives, design scope, document processes and requirements, ensure quality of external results (configuration, development, testing).
- Champion standard methodologies and continuously improve financial processes.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- 5+ years leading international teams.
- **S/4HANA** Cloud experience.
- **SAP FICO** (SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) )
- Strategic business partner: challenges & influences senior leaders across project lifecycles.
- Expert communicator: builds relationships across all levels.
- Leads internal & external teams (on/offshore).
- Big-picture thinker with a meticulous approach.
- Excels in high-pressure environments, ensuring timely project completion.
- Proactive problem solver.
