Counter Sales

Purpose of Role

Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.

To be successful as a counter salesperson, you should provide excellent customer service, consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the sales goals of the company. An outstanding counter salesperson should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Represents Nemtek in selling a range of specialised supplies for which a high level of technical knowledge is required. _
- Deal with enquiries over the counter and phone
- Greeting customers and taking orders.
- Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
- Handle full sales process including administration of the process
- Receiving and attending to repairs
- Working with the rest of the branch to meet sales targets
- Product Related training and / or Presentations Training Sessions

**Other Duties could include**
- Stock take assistance
- Assist with energizer repairs
- Assist at exhibitions/shows
- Any other reasonable request made by management
- Assist with Training bookings and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R10,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- excellent English and Afrikaans (required)
