- Means to get to the farm (taxi, own transport..)
- No accommodation on premises available
- Gr9 or higher

Advantageous
- Gr12 Matric
- Previous farm work on vegetable farm
- Drivers license

**Job description**:
Farm work related to a vegetable farm which includes but not limited to:

- Weeding
- Planting
- Field preparation (Planting beds, Pipes..)

Harvesting of vegetables:

- The correct specification product
- Remove unwanted material in field such as excess leaves
- Discard of obvious bad product in the field

Performance tracking and requirements
- All activities are tracked and performance reviewed
- Employee needs to adhere to the minimum required performance set out in the policy, this includes but are not limited to:

- Harvesting within 10% of the average for the day
- All performance review data can be used for contract termination, bonusses and promotions

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meyerton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
