We have a position available for a Workshop Foreman in the Pietermaritzburg area at a reputable vehicle service centre.

Duties include: Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company’s standards, efficiency and productivity goals are met. Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring problems. Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service. Monitor's technician daily productivity report. Responsible for assigning and designating job duties to staff.

**Must have worked in the Automotive industry. Must have experience managing staff. Must have knowledge of running a workshop.**

Remuneration: R25 000.00 to R30 000.00 basic salary with benefits: MIBCO, Company Car, Fuel, 13th Cheque and Monthly Incentive Bonus.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
