Our client, an industry-leading manufacturer of high-quality roofing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Centre Agent to join their team. This position will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, inquiries, and complaints.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Assist in processing and tracking orders and providing delivery updates to customers.
- Update customer records.

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**
- At least 1 year proven customer service experience in a call centre or similar role.
- Knowledge of roofing solutions or building materials is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle calls professionally.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Computer Literacy
