**What we are looking for**

An after-sales assistant, reporting to the Aftersales Controller. You will have experience in after-sales client management. Your main priority is to service customers under our seven day return policy and 30 day promise. It is required that you have an understanding of vehicle inspection, reconditioning as you will also provide support for the end to end pre-delivery reconditioning and roadworthy process. You will need a professional attitude and be able to communicate to customers; be passionate about cars and the people who drive them.

**Required Duties**
- Daily Customer and Supplier correspondence
- Coordinate, plan and manage after sales with customers and suppliers
- Assist with client requests if vehicle needs collecting and/or after sales repairs

**General Expectations**
- Provide an 11- star customer service experience (convenient, transparent, professional)
- Continuously assess and challenge the systems and processes to improve these
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work
- Any other duties as instructed from time to time

**Minimum requirements**
- Minimum 2yrs relevant experience in the motor industry
- Excellent communication skills in English - spoken and written
- Contactable references
- No criminal record
- Valid Driver’s license (code 08) and own transport

**Salary Scale & Benefits**
- R102 000 Cost to Company Per Annum
- Business Incentive Scheme in addition
- Location Cape Town - Richmond Park
- Permanent Contract

**Working Hours**
- This is an Operational Role: Monday to Saturday
- Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
