HR / Ir Practitioner

HR SPECIALIST – JHB WEST – R40 000P/M9-Month Contract position. HR Diploma/BTech Degree with 7years+ experience as an HR Specialist. Must have extensive IR knowledge & experience. Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters & a constructive union relationship. Full HR & IR duties.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first mindset, a degree in HR/IR/LLB or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in labour law.You must also have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively function in a pressurized environment, and possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
