Hair Stylist: Ruutos Expert Stylist

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting and Styling: Skillfully cut and style clients' natural hair, including hair enhancements or extensions, to achieve a seamless, natural look tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
- Colouring and Treatments: Perform colouring and deep conditioning treatments to create a cohesive, vibrant look that blends beautifully with the client's hair.
- Attachment and Maintenance: Attach and remove hair extensions to ensure clients enjoy a consistent and polished style.
- Product Promotion and Sales: Actively promote Ruutos' exclusive range of hair care products, educating clients on the benefits of a tailored home care routine.
- Client Education and Support: Provide clients with guidance on maintaining their new style, care routines, and lifestyle considerations for optimal hair health and appearance.
- Professional Conduct: Uphold a high standard of professionalism at all times, reflecting Ruutos' values in communication and behavior, both in and out of the salon.
- Workspace Hygiene: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation and treatment areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for clients.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the manager to ensure consumable products and hair care supplies are well-stocked to prevent any disruptions in service.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Min. Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Certification: Cosmetology license or equivalent or qualification to NQF Level 3 with advanced cutting and styling skills.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
- Skills: Proficient in hairdressing techniques, including hair extensions, with an eye for detail.
- Team work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on the latest hair trends.

**Working Hours**:

- Randburg Working Hours_
- Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 17h00
- Saturday: 08h00 - 17h00 (with Sundays off each week)
- Sandton and Pretoria Working Hours_
- Monday to Thursday: 09h00 - 19h00
- Friday to Saturday: 09h00 - 20h00
- Sundays: 09h00 - 18h00 (with one weekday off each week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From R6 500,00 per month
