An exciting opportunity has arisen for a** QA Inspector (Seagoing) **at** I&J, Cape Town. **The purpose of this role is to ensure quality of the fish are of the highest standards by complying with all food safety and quality requirements, policies and procedures. To alert or escalate any deviations immediately to VMT and relevant Shore Management.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years seagoing experience
- In a vessel production area

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 with math’s / math’s lit / or NQF Equivalent

**Additional requirements**:

- Fish Specification (SOP)
- Food Safety
- GMP
- Microsoft Excel
